Do you shoot our wedding or do you send another photographer on your behalf?
It’s always me (John).
Do you use lights and flashes on stand?
I always carry a flash/strobe with me. I only use it when absolutely necessary.
When will the photos be finished?
Within 4 weeks for a wedding images. 2-4 weeks for engagement images
Will my images be High Res and can I print them myself.
Yes. All the images will be in High Resolution, optimized for printing. Needless to say, you get what you pay for when it comes to prints. Professional Photographic stores are always the best options.
I live out of California, how much more would I pay on top of your package price to have you shoot my wedding?
It all depends on where your wedding is. Typically, it’s the cost of a return flight from San Diego to your location, two nights accommodation, and a hire car. I like to travel to new locations and may offer a discount depending on that location, so you could end up paying less than you would hiring a local photographer.
Do you offer discounts for weekday weddings?
Yes, weddings held during the week (Mon-Thu) will be given a 10% discount. Also, out of season weddings (Dec-Feb) come with a 10% discount. *Can’t be combined nor used with any other current offer.
What’s a first look?
It’s when you and your partner see each other before your ceremony. It’s intimate, with only you and your partner present (with the photographer present). It can really free up time for your portrait session.
How many images do you provide?
I believe in Quality not Quantity. I want to give you a beautiful story of images that you will love for a lifetime. I’m documenting one of the most important and happiest days of your life. Package includes around 500 digital images.
Do you work alone or do you have an assistant with you.
I now offer a 2nd shooter for all packages.
Are you insured.
Of course.
Do you have backup gear.
